Gregory's ServerIf Meta donated to Mastodon the same way anyone else does, it's not clear to me how it would even be possible for them to attach strings, given my general understanding of how non-profits work.
Would it even be possible for Mastodon to receive funding from Meta through some mechanism other than a standard donation?
