@mcc @benjistokman So it does seem like Threads federation won't happen this week because I assume we would have heard of it in advance as Meta does not work like Elon Musk's Twitter where every change is only known about the moment it is done but are we sure they aren't planning to federate pretty quick?

It would make sense from their POV since they want it to help adoption and they did go through the trouble of having secret meetings with fediverse admins.
