Any time I hear "this company is a family," I start looking for the door. I've seen it used as an excuse to abuse employees far too often and then have "loyalty" flung up in the face of victims.  @sharonecathcart @dbattistella that sadly makes sense. Itβs like the phrase is a canary in the gold mine: it shows when it is time to look for the exit. @dbattistella @davidaugust |
