@EU_Commission for clarity, a common charger and connection for power tool and domestic appliance *batteries*. I currently own four chargers for different manufacturers' tools. A (Titan) charger broke last autumn and a replacement cost the same as a new tool and charger. Not being able to use one of my other chargers either makes the drill e-waste, effectively. What a waste of resources, particularly Lithium! Someone bang a few OEMs heads together please!
