@dznz To be "fair" (?), they only *claimed* their unethical experiment to manipulate their users' emotions was successful. I read the actual paper they published, and in my opinion their case was not very compelling. So really they "only" unethically engaged in nonconsensual human experimentation for a poor-quality study from which we learned nothing one way or the other, rather than definitely harming their subjects' mental health.
