@pixelfed I really like that you're listening to your users. I think I would enjoy stories and it's something all 'the othters' have. But it's great people can decide on their own if they want it.
I don't know how you're taking the 'feedback' of users, but I hope you don't feel discouraged when people complain about a big new feature you spend a lot of time on.

@pixelfed oh wow, someone actually understand the idea of not forcing users towards every feature of an app. As a former PM, this is so damn refreshing.

@pixelfed good to know, because this whole stories feature (especially that lasts only 24h!) is completely useless for me and it does nothing else than just make user addicted to bursts of serotonin 🤷‍♂️

@pixelfed I don't mind stories and other such features. I just want an official app so that people will take this platform seriously and move away from Instagram.

@pixelfed Thank you, there are genuine concerns about ‘Stories’ a better name needed that doesn’t have an association with stories on other apps.

@pixelfed I think it's neat! I know people that were really critical initially grew to really like the birdsite feature that was that!

Seriously though, it’s almost odd to think of options as luxury. More options are always welcome in my book, so this is great!
