Sounds a bit like conservative populism (but not in the derogatory modern sense): Traditional values, putting enphasis on the community at micro level, and a more traditional capitalism at macro level. Usually associated with socialdemocrat christian parties (ie: spains' Unió democratica de Catalunya used to be a bit like this, until a neoliberal wave took over the traditional values).
