@ArtPhotosDesk @Flipboard It’s not that I think AI art is all worthless and uninteresting, I just find it much more interesting when significant human effort/care is undertaken to create something special or to record nature/reality in new ways. When you can produce something in seconds and with little effort it ceases to be noteworthy. Useful, sure, but not noteworthy. A calculator is useful …the result “9653455677” isn’t really post-worthy without a story behind it. |
@zwei @Flipboard Yes — 'mostly' being the operative word. It is such a hot topic in the art and photography world that it can't be ignored. Plus, some AI art *is* interesting, no? Would love your take on this.
