@alyssa FWIW (and I know it’s not much) there’s a huge number of people in Canada who want to do what they can to help. One of the largest petitions in Canadian history (3rd so far, with almost 160000 signatures) is about to be submitted, urging the government to extend the coverage for those seeking asylum for reasons of gender oppression to the US (as well as worldwide), which is, unfortunately, considered a “safe” country. https://petitions.ourcommons.ca/en/Petition/Details?Petition=e-4268
