@Gargron So I guess in-game purchases of Word of Warcraft Gold, must be made illegal, if people place an actual IRL dollar value on the game assets?

All Cryptos are essentially an "in-game purchase" where the game just happens to be the Crypto Token Network itself.

@Gargron As someone who was huge on the crypto hype train a few years ago and have turned into a skeptic (amazing what burning a few thousand dollars will do), I'm for blockchain technology development and creating zero trust systems but do not believe a market system is going to create valuable systems without intense, clear, enforced regulation to guide those markets towards societal good.

@Gargron so basically they want to quash a peer-to-peer market system because they want to cut off game developers and have their own just like apple does
