@ariadne You ain't kidding. One winter I had one of those sitting in a cold kitchen sink when I dumped hot water from the stove into it. Glass *everywhere*.

"萬字" looks like Kikkoman's trademark in China (中国 - center country, of course).

It says:
只限使用
萬字醤油

Which seems to have one translation of: "Only refill with Kikkoman soy sauce", who would have thought?
