They did that to me, clearly with no violation since I rarely leave comments and upload. When I upload, it's my own creation (in rare cases under Fair Use or CC-BY / CC-BY-SA). I don't even “re-upload”, and I gave them a copy of my business registration too when I tried to apply for the verified badge. = ban hammer ROFL.

They won't even respond to my request of data removal.
