@francis @Mastodon @ivory @Gargron This was by far the biggest annoyance when I decided to move here for good last year. Somehow people normalized having to copy and paste a URL into a search field to follow a user.

Worst part is that after a while you forget because once you use onky Mastodon it isn’t an issue anymore. You find people directly from your feeds. But it’s terrible from the web.
