Gregory's Server@downey The root issue is for many users who came to Mastodon, they may have created accounts, but they didn't stick around. I have tons of friends who did just that. If we just want lots of accounts where people just aren't finding an engaging experience on this platform and leave, I guess we should just keep on trucking.
@jbwharris Low retention rates have been normal for every online (and offline) #community since the beginning of time.
It does not mean something's wrong with the software.
