@sararielle Honestly not sure. We have no control over the testflight settings. Maybe the email is going to your spam box?

@ivory nope. for some reason Ivory doesn't have the *option* of emails. (first screenshot is Ivory's settings. second is a different mac app. tho that app is multi-platform so maybe mac-only apps don't have the "email" option? that would be silly but who knows with Apple.)

@sararielle Oh it might be based on how you are signed up for testflight for a specific app. Since ours was a public invite, we didn't capture your email address if you just joined yourself. Maybe for the other app you are testing, you provided an email address to get invited?

@ivory nope. I've only ever signed up for public testflights. And the emails come from Apple (who has my email bc betas are tied to my Apple ID) not directly from the app market. The only variable here is that it's a mac-only app.

@ivory also, FYI, every time one of these messages comes in on my mac it dings, despite sounds being off in settings
