@Mastodon as long as users can opt out of disoverability and being quoted, this is fine

it'd be nice if once users are onboarded to m.s, there was UI functionality to find smaller instances that cater to niche interests since it can be difficult to find communities once you're on m.s, maybe the new search will resolve that though
