@yourfutureex Why would anyone secede? Republicans are getting the governance they want over the whole country, Dems are so timid they get scared of their shadow when the sun comes out. No one has any need to make change, or desire to do so. The US is going down its political road as a unit.

@yourfutureex The Un-United Kingdom will likely split before you do - probably within the next 10 years.
There is a good chance we could split fairly amicably, but the US is going to go down hard.
