what's your favorite oreo flavor wherever you are in the world

@samhenrigold I'm old and in Europe, so just normal Oreo is still exciting and exotic for me. @Loukas the response here has made me realize that an abundance of flavors is pretty much an american-only thing. i was kinda hoping for some wacky european exclusives but I think we might've gotten all the fun @samhenrigold as soon as I see pickled herring and pine needle flavour oreos in Sweden I'll let you know. there aren't exactly many of them to choose from and I don't think I've ever had any besides the regular ones sam henri gold, update: you made me crave oreos so I bought some original ones. The pack does say "try other flavors". Strawberry and chocolate are kinda boring, but I'm really curious about "вкус веселья" (literally "taste of fun"). Still nothing as fancy as in your image though. Should've also checked what kinds of oreos they have in UAE while I was there. @grishka I think that might be what they're calling Birthday Cake oreo over here. They're pretty good @grishka As an aside, I don't think I trust food with vague names. "taste of fun" has the same eeriness of when coke released "Starlight Coke" and described the taste as "it tastes like starlight"

@samhenrigold Does cookies-n-cream ice cream count? I've never really been a fan of Oreos in their natural form. @trachelipus Not really but I would've accepted Cookies n Cream Oreos because I find the existence of them extremely funny. What are oreos if not already cookies and cream flavored? That's like a grocery store advertising Cabbage flavored cabbage. Today I saw an instagram story with watermelon chocopies (?!) from a guy I know. I asked him where'd he get them, he said on ozon.ru, our amazon-like marketplace. And sure enough, they do sell all kinds of WILD oreos imported from all around the world but mostly Asia. With WILD prices, too. Won't be buying any right now but at least now I know where to look. |
@samhenrigold
1. Any form of baked/cooked Oreo > raw Oreo
2. Oreo thins
