@ada@blahaj.zone @kainoa@calckey.social They allow multiple users to edit settings/perform actions. So the admin can do anything, the moderators can block/suspend instances & delete posts, etc. I think Misskey's implementation of it is very limited, as it only provides those two roles, and no option to configure them or create other ones.
