Gregory's Server@ada@blahaj.zone @kainoa@calckey.social They allow multiple users to edit settings/perform actions. So the admin can do anything, the moderators can block/suspend instances & delete posts, etc. I think Misskey's implementation of it is very limited, as it only provides those two roles, and no option to configure them or create other ones.

@Froggo@estrogen.network @ada@blahaj.zone no, that isn't true. As of their v13, Misskey added Discord-like roles, where roles with granular perms and cosmetics can be defined and assigned to people
