Gregory's Server@atomicpoet people knows Instagram and Facebook are different and both belong to Meta. Even if you can't reply to an IG story, it would be silly to refer to a post in Instagram as a Facebook post. In that analogy, the Fediverse would be the equivalent of Meta, but more versatile.
