Gregory's ServerAlways android and since my Xperia Z3 time i'm using AOSP Custom Roms without Gapps.
Currently i have a Pixel 7 with GrapheneOS. It's a Custom Rom with focus on security and privacy and i like it very much. It is stable as stock and gets very fast updates.
