@bartvdpoel I don't know about others, buy I get the new iPhone each year and I only spend $200 - $300 each year doing so.
So to just assume that iPhone's make you spend more money is really tunnel vision at its finest.
I actually often spend more on my Android devices than I do on my iPhone devices.
@CliffWade I checked. My Android phone lasted me 3 1/2 years for €180 (without phone contract, just the phone) before it died. My phone plan is way cheaper than one with an 'included' phone. Cheapest iPhone without a 'plan' in Belgium is an iPhone SE at €559. Cheapest 'newest' iphone 14 is + €1000. I can buy my whole family a phone for that money. BTW, I do like Apple stuff and used to have an iPhone 5. Would buy one if they made them affordable. Also, the only decent tablets are Apple iPads!
