It could be. And under different circumstances, I'd even assume it was.

But this is Elon Musk, the guy who changed Twitter's office sign to "Twitter" and auto-responds to Press enquiries with a 💩 emoji.

Of course he'd make his dog the CEO of Twitter.

@atomicpoet reminds me of Putin's PR in pre-war years, where he was often portrayed with pet dogs and other animals to show his "human" side...
