Is it wrong that, when I read the highlighted sentence, I immediately asked, “Will Elon Musk pull a ‘Weekend at Bernie’s’ with Twitter?”

Because if things are leading up to that, well, now it all makes sense.

@atomicpoet Don't think he's leading up to it. I think he's already propping up a dead body.

IMO, he knows it's dead. People would rather lose their check mark than buy Blue, advertisers are skeptical, he's about to fined a lot of money. Bankruptcy is near and he's just having fun with it while it lasts.

At some point, I really do expect Elon Musk to kill off Twitter during a weekend, and act like there’s still a party going on with all his bots talking to bots.
