@GossiTheDog on top of the internal sharing among Tesla employees, this article also states that having a Tesla seems to allow you to park a camera everywhere you want to spy other people, and retrieve the data afterwards for yourself... What a mess... Tesla is not yet well implanted here, so that I've never thought about this use case 😅 2 comments
@spodlife @GossiTheDog Indeed, I just checked in France and it seems that recording on public area is even not allowed by default. Here is an article from @CNIL : https://www.cnil.fr/fr/la-videosurveillance-videoprotection-sur-la-voie-publique On top of this, if the records are actually uploaded to Tesla's servers, and if these are outside of Europe, it may be inconsistent with #GPDR |
