@palomakop The coolest thing that I found so far, is LittlePiggyTracker. It's kind of like lsdj, but sample based. Here's the forum thread about running it on gs https://forum.clockworkpi.com/t/littlegptracker-a-k-a-the-piggy/9225 @palomakop there's also SamplerBox that is actually preinstalled on it, but isn't accessible from anywhere in the UI. I don't use it a lot, but it was fun to check that GS can handle midi controllers https://forum.clockworkpi.com/t/midi-controller-usb-synth-speaker/1173 @palomakop and of course there are roms that you can run with emulators. lsdj and nanoloop for gb, music 2000 for psx, ikinari musician for nes @palomakop I also had some success in running a synth called Phase that was designed for the pocket chip, but it's not really useful without full keyboard. maybe it's possible to remap the keys to make some use of it, but i didn't investigate it yet http://www.humbletune.com/phase/ @palomakop oh, and there's also this groovebox for pico-8. I didn't try it myself yet, but it should be fun https://luchak.itch.io/rp8 @oleksiy these are awesome! thank you!! i'm working on a portable low power rig with some sound sources and pedals ... guess i can add gameshell to the sound sources :) |
@oleksiy yooo that's so cool haha can't wait to see what you do with it! let me know if you have any questions or if you find some bugs :)
