 @garritfra whomst the fuck is 'we?' you're drowning in subscriptions, limpass @garritfra we were late to the cord cutting craze, and now we're wondering if we should just go back... The problem is there are shows we like that are only on the streaming services, so they have us hostage... Until those shows end, at least @garritfra Now we just โrentโ and nothing belongs to us. That is how they keep us paying to have access to things that we will never own. We canโt give books or Cds or DVDs to people when we are done with them. There is no more second-hand. Just monthly charges that keep piling up. Ugh.  |

The headline isn't wrong though. I always wonder the same when I hear people rattling through the list of services they use. And then wonder if I'm the odd man out without even a single streaming subscription.
