@aynish it is surprisingly easy!!!! @rek and @neauoire's grimgrains seitan recipe tells you exactly how to do it: my realization: it's like bread-baking, except you are baking bread-meat! @aynish adding a splash more water than in the recipe seems like it created a very nice and supple texture :3 |
