@dansup Mastodon already supports circles in the audience targeting way, we just don't have an API/UI to use them
But from your description I am uncertain if we're talking about the same thing or not.

@Gargron @dansup tbh im not sure what dan is talking about either, my understanding is circles in pixelfed should be the expected "post to this subset of my followers". this thread is the first i'm hearing any differently...
