Started compiling notes about the DIY carbonation system we now have aboard our boat. The page also documents our previous system.

@rek I read this with interest. In the summer, I wonder if it’s possible to rig an evaporative cooling setup to decrease temperature in the vessel (like the principle used by a zeer pot)

@zabow the goal of this is to drink LESS beer haha~ but yea, we could easily put beer in this. It's why i like the system, its pretty versatile.

@younger ppl use kegerators often for fizzy water, or alternate between that and beer :). It's versatile that way.

@poetaster not making alcohol with this. But yes, you could also make kombucha for fizz, or kefir.
