Am I correct in my understanding that the stats from all instances are publicly available via API? And probably the only way to gather a completely accurate set of stats would be to build a list of all instances by scanning the Activity Pub messages and testing all the domains for the application? (Ie, to determine if they are Mastodon or say Calckey, or whatever.)
