@neauoire We have salt and fresh water sinks too, similar sizes. Couldn't imagine making them smaller. Do you use your sinks differently to make this tap location ideal?

@nomand maybe we have smaller dishers, the tap doesn't get in the way at all. Maybe you could have it come from the top, some faucets have a spout that comes down, maybe you could rotate it away, if it gets in the way.

(we don't have a salt water tap anymore)

@neauoire it's also because we cover the sink with a chopping board for extra bench space :)
Why did you remove the salt water tap? We aren't using ours much because the water is dirty where we're moored, but the idea appeals to us to use free salt water to wash dishes "out there" then use minimal fresh or rain water to rinse.

@nomand the salt water was starting to eat through the plumbing and the sink. In our last big crossing, we'd pick up ocean water with a bucket from over the side and wash in the bucket instead.
