Btw it is insane how memeable the video is.

@stux @TomSchmidt @notjustbikes there’s a time and place — and that pickup truck doesn’t look very useful there! Here’s an old-school “SUV” we used to collect red oak and maple logs for a Shiitake inoculation party! @stepheneb @TomSchmidt @notjustbikes Haha :blobcatgiggle: there are always situations! But to be honest, if you drive with such logs in the back you don't have room for your ego right? So valid enough! ✅ @stux @TomSchmidt @notjustbikes and we weren’t driving far and not on any paved roads — that ancient Land Rover hardly ever drives on paved roads! @stux@mstdn.social @TomSchmidt@mastodon.social @notjustbikes@social.notjustbikes.com this is awesome to find out that someone else is thinking of SUV the same way I do @TomSchmidt @notjustbikes Oh, egos. My sleepy brain read eggs which seemed much less powerful than usual. #doh @mirgray @TomSchmidt @notjustbikes I had exactly the same challenge with seeing eggs. My wife was exactly the same too. @TomSchmidt @notjustbikes since hearing the statistics on how many truck owners have *never* towed or carried anything in these vehicles I can't unsee how all of them driving around my city are empty. Just enormous empty trucks publicly soothing egos. It should be embarrassing! Like, the unfortunate thing for truck drivers, is those truck beds are open, we can see when you need that thing for work and when you don't |
@TomSchmidt @notjustbikes Pretty great huh! :RideBikes: :RideLots:
