Those who say ‘cola’ when they mean ‘Coca-Cola’ are very wrong. Even the fact that Coca-Cola left the market officially does not help the wrongsayers. Say ‘Coca-Cola’ when you mean it, say ‘cola’ when you mean any cola.
Also, the ridiculous dichotomy ‘cola vs Pepsi’ is terrible as it gets. Pepsi is a cola. It's like ‘pepperoni vs pizza’.
@bouncepaw I have the sneaking suspicion that the "coke vs pepsi" meme exists to boost the sales of both companies. It probably started organically, but it would cost like 0 moniez to get a few variations of the meme posted to social media every now and then and keep the meme going.
