@spla If you are indeed subscribed from 2 different accounts in a family, you can request a refund on one of them from here: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6
After that, just make sure you use the "Restore Purchases" button on other devices part of your family. It should check for the Ivory sub on any of your family devices and then just work.
