 It takes you some time to come to terms with the realization that your power is probably permanently broken. But, it never was much use to begin with. You manage to finish out the day at work, and head home. Sitting in rush hour traffic, you pass one of your company's chemical storage facilities. The place is a mob scene. The meeting with your boss. The weird numbers. Bruce Wayne is Batman. You start to sweat. You flip your visor down, open the mirror, and stare at your reflection. And watch with horror as your own number changes from two to eight. You freeze as you see the numbers over their heads.
