@sigaard @grishka @jeff @Gargron this is the exact issue I have any time I try to get someone onto Mastodon. They instantly look for Mastodon on the Google Play store and then this it IS installed. Often forget it's called Tusky and not Mastodon.
Could probably just get the Tusky people to take on the android project and name it Mastodon.

even though it doesn't seem really fair to me to have the "official" app taking so much space when all the other apps are "50x50 icon + name"

@Gargron Looking good but having the "official app" have so much more prominence then all the other apps that people put so much work into makes it feel a little weird. What about giving the other apps a text box to describe a key feature of their app too?
