@Gargron @rizabad The problem is not the 'moderation policies', is the arbitrary and meaningless application of that policy, in which case the rules or codes of conduct means nothing. We all agree to reject 'hate speech', in general. But who decides what is hate and what is not? If an ignorant rookie about politics and basic spistemology is who applies it, what is achieved is to banal something as serious as 'hate'. This is exactly what happened to Twitter. Don't let it happen to Mastodon too.
