i had a copy of this taped up in various places I lived when I was ~18-20. same text different formatting. i always thought the whole thing was written by john cage but I guess not!
at the time I felt like doing all these things at once was stressful + beyond my capabilities. but attempting to live by it anyway definitely did Something.
if i could change anything about this id get rid of the phrase “the only rule is work” completely. fuck “work”. i could elaborate but I won’t
if there is anything i would emphasize in larger text (debatable) it should be : “it is lighter than you think”
