@baldur I suppose that it is illegal. Pictures of identifiable persons are considered as personal data and is covered by GDPR...

@keithreeder @baldur that's very good. No, I had not read Adobe's document as I am used to the digital giants making space for themselves to do what they like regardless of privacy and then claiming that the privacy is fine. Thank you for the link! |

They aren't taking identifiable images - they're just analysing them.
GDPR is utterly irrelevant here.
