@MThaastrup @Gargron When there'd be a way to (de)activate a quoted-boost feature on instance level, that might diversify the instance characteristics quite a bit, similarly to offering search functionality.

Giving instance admins the chance to decide could at least restrict the hellfire to instances which wanted to dare this step. Just please don't burn down the whole ecosystem, thanks.
