@tubetime back in my Mac shareware days I had made an app that would warn people if their pram battery had died. Simply just by checking the date and warning if it was back to the default but people in computer lab situations found it useful at least!

@tubetime this thread is making me wish I didn’t get rid of that LC III I picked up years ago and decided I had no sensible reason to hang into. Sometimes it’s ok to not be sensible.
