As a lawyer he knows, or should know, that pleading your case requires having as much evidence as you can that supports your case. You don't necessarily have to introduce it, but you've got to have it, and he just blew that part off.

So we're left with (a) no clue what happened, and (b) a Proustian-length complaint, or rant, or whatever it is, condemning an alternative to proprietary social media.
