Looking for an alternative to a David Brooks article...
Someone on a project I'm in wants to cite David Brooks's 2020 piece "The Nuclear Family Was a Mistake" which is honestly... pretty good for Brooks?

But I know that this has been said before and better by POC and I am looking for a good piece on the subject to support the concept of extended family/kinship/chosen family networks vs. focus in nuclear family.
