Video on pixelfed isn't great, the feature hasn't evolved as much as photos have.

@liaizon Do you mean the Loops feature? We retired that, we do generate thumbnails + blurhash for videos if ffmpeg is enabled on the instance.

Does it have the feature where you can still buffer while being paused?

That's my biggest gripe with video players nowadays. No buffer and now I'm enslaved to play lots of 1 second chunks and 20 seconds of pause between each.
