Great photos! Temperate rainforest is a wonderful habitat in which I've spent a lot of time, mostly in W Scotland doing moss & liverwort surveys.
@benaveris That's wonderful Ben, thank you. I wish I had more days in the month/weeks in the year to be able to spend quality time up in Ardnamurchan, Torridon & Sutherland. I've got a visit to Shieldiag on the cards, as I want to visit the remnants of ancient Caledonian pine forest and the 3,000-year-old temperate rainforest on the slopes of Beinn Shieldiag. It's all about timing though as I need some dreich conditions - there's no point going all that way for blue skies and harsh light.
