Gregory's Server@tchambers It. Is. Happening. WordPress also has ActivityPub in beta (as a plugin). Hopefully they will move fast on making that official and maybe adding to Core.

@blherrou @tchambers Take a peek at micro.blog which is pretty similar to Tumbr, and has ActivityPub integration. https://micro.blog/ (it's getting hammered at the moment like everything else Fediverse so it might be a little slow). @jameskoole @tchambers what I'm interested in is fediverse integration with existing, non-federated social networks and how that will play out. I'm not interested in a Tumblr alternative.  @jameskoole @tchambers they should somewhat decouple what gets posted though, and make it possible to toot independently from blogposts to answer on things etc... right now the Plugin ain't really viable for many, me included. |
