@mjk_4mjk @palafo This satiated my morbid curiosity, my unhealthy urge to stare at someone who's psychologically melting down in public.
My schadenfreude is partly caused by my being disappointed. I thought he might find a way to use blockchain or something to decentralize social media, but it looks like @Gargron is beating him at that.

Why is he freaking out? It’s hard to compete with the idea of what Mastodon is. It’s why Jack is building something similar. Brands could join but not have any paid ads and their contributions would have to fit within the server guidelines. No paid ads; it’s an adventure in user donated communities. It would sure drive the value of TWT into the ground. We’ll see.
