Hi Michael, I'm new here. Could you explain what you mean by this? I am asking because I have heard a lot of new Black users having a struggle to be safe from microaggressions here. Is a governance model something that could be used to address this problem?

@melanie Maybe, but I was referring to the software development project and not to content moderation which is done at the level of (coordinating) servers.
